Saying goodbye to a remarkable woman who was one of a kind . Growing up, you welcomed us into your home as though we were one of your own. You gave us the warmth, love, and comfort that only a mum could give, and I will always be grateful for the place you held in all our lives
Your home was the heart of every family gathering, especially when all who needed to came home. It was filled with laughter, incredible food, stories that went on for hours, and the kind of love that made everyone feel like family.
Some of my favourite memories are of those long nights that seemed to last forever. The men would sit around the table playing cards until the early hours, while we girls gathered with the women, doing each other’s hair, painting our nails, laughing, talking, cooking , eating and simply enjoying being together. We kids at the time eventually fall asleep wherever we found a spot, only to wake up late after midnight with the house still full of life and our bellies and hearts still full . Those were the moments that shaped us.
It was a way of life built on family, faith, culture, generosity, and love and togetherness. They are memories our own children may never truly get to experience in the same way, and that makes them and this remarkable woman even more precious.
Thank you for opening your home and your heart to all of us. Thank you for loving us, feeding us, laughing with us, and making us feel like we belonged. You created a place where everyone felt safe, welcomed, and loved. Your kindness and generosity, smile , always smiling will stay with me always.
May God grant you eternal rest in His heavenly kingdom and comfort all who love you. Your legacy lives on in every family gathering, every shared meal, and every act of kindness inspired by your example.

I only knew Spiridoula for seven years, but every time I saw her, she was incredibly kind and caring. She exuded love. Such a beautiful sweet lady.
I recall this lady as a young teenager, the love and care she showed us all was truly inspiring. As a young woman i used her words and kindness for my own family. A wonderful role model. RIP Mrs K.
I won’t get to see your smile again and your hug and welcome whenever I visited. I will miss the food you cooked . It tasted like love was the main ingredient. You are my besties mama and I have known you for over 40 years. RIP Beautiful Mama. Love Skye xxxx
