1. You met adversity with quiet strength, steady and stoic. Never for sympathy, just pressing on.

   Will miss the smile before the words, your celebration of changing seasons and the quiet steadiness of comfort. Gone before your time but not from us.

   Stared into the abyss – yet defiantly embraced life with open arms. Peace be Eternal.

2. George, mate. 20 years plus we’d known each other. Had the odd supplier / client battles over everything from claims, cheques, deliveries, etc. But there was always respect and decency, a genuine handshake, a smile, a “gasper” and a coffee or two.

   Mate I’ll miss you, you were so “Sydney”, hard worker, burnt the candle at both ends and in the middle too. There were fun times, there were serious times, all good times. You’re a good man George K, Miss ya mate. We had a generational thing going.

   Wish I could be there Friday with you and your family to pay homage to you and have a last whine with you about how our industry has “crap margins”, “bastards that wont pay, “crooks and robbers”, but illness says I can’t.

   You’ve left a gaping hole in the Danias family too I’m sure, no matter where, you were always “family”, missed you are, missed you will be !

3. to the Kapeleris and Danias families, saddened to learn yesterday that Kap had departed Gods waiting room, RIP Georgie, sure you are helping others now in the warm celestial space. a warm monthly call from georgie to come have a coffee and sort the bill is the main memory. a fair human doing your thing. you will continue to live in many peoples hearts. travel well my pedigree chum.
